Week 1 Rates: 50 hours
Practice and instruction
September 6-12, 2026

This week-long Practice & Teaching training is an immersion designed to establish or deepen a solid foundation in your yoga practice, while discovering the foundations of Change Perspective teaching. It rests on three essential pillars:

1. Understanding your body for a sustainable practice
The first pillar is understanding the body. We explore the basics of anatomy applied to yoga, the biomechanics of postures, and how to adapt the practice to each individual.

The goal is to practice more intelligently, preserve your body, and build a sustainable practice.

2. Integrating the CPY method
The second pillar is integrating the Change Perspective Yoga method in order to use it to:

  • structure a coherent practice

  • understand the mechanisms of breath and the nervous system

  • integrate yoga into daily life

Yoga then becomes a concrete tool for balance and transformation.

3. The Foundations of Teaching
The third pillar is transmission. Whether you wish to teach or simply deepen your practice, this week will help you understand:

  • how to structure a sequence

  • how to observe the body

  • how to guide a practice clearly

This is a first step towards teaching yoga.

WEEK 2: 50 hours
Movement Camp
September 12-18, 2026

"Mastering the body transforms the trajectory of a life."

This week of practice focuses on three fundamental pillars:

1. Movement Intelligence

- Functional mobility.

- Structured strength.

- Joint coordination and control.

- Progressive inversions.

- Integrated backbends.

The goal is not to demonstrate strength. The aim is to build a solid internal architecture.

2. Nervous System Regulation

- Kriya.

- Pranayama.

- Cold bath.

- Sauna.

- Strategic recovery.

You learn to navigate intensity. To activate without becoming scattered. To recover without collapsing.

3. Breath, Voice & Alignment

- apa meditation.

- Structured Kirtan.
- Coherence of breath, sound, and presence.

- Breath influences mental state.

- Voice influences inner posture.

This work is not artistic; it is neurological and vibrational.

"A transformative experience, both professionally and personally. I learned so much. As a yoga teacher already, these courses allowed me to acquire new knowledge and skills for my teaching. The course content is extremely rich, and the explanations are very clear. Thank you!
