Familiarize yourself with the anatomy necessary to understand and share the physical practice of yoga.

Discover the unique body structures that make up you and how asana yoga can be used for any body. Develop the ability to observe and read the students' body in order to offer changes that could prevent injury and/or promote freedom.

Precisely detail the mechanics of each posture. Learn the subtleties, the energy effects, the anatomical alignment, the advantages, the modifications, the assistance and the contraindications.
