ANATOMY OF YOGA
Familiarize yourself with the anatomy necessary to understand and share the physical practice of Yoga.
Discover the unique body structures that make you up and how yoga asana can be used for any body. Develop the ability to observe and read students' bodies in an effort to offer modifications that may prevent injury and/or promote freedom.
Detail precisely the mechanics of each posture. Learn the intricacies, energetic effects, anatomical alignment, benefits, modifications, assists and contraindications.

This training will provide you with the knowledge, experience and inspiration you need to share the practice and have a profound impact on the lives of your students. Learn how to intelligently and accurately steer your students to safe alignment. Develop the ability to teach what you see and modify your plans accordingly. Practice spreading an authentic message throughout your entire class.
THE ART OF TOUCH:
Touch is a form of communication that should not be taken lightly. Learn and practice correctional touch and supportive physical aids in a safe environment. Familiarize yourself with the different types of demos, making sure they are clear and concise. Incorporate teamwork into your lessons to strengthen and unite your community.
SYMPHONY OF A SEQUENCE
Become proficient at creating safe streaks with clever progressions that breathe. Learn a method to effectively sequence a yoga class. Develop your voice by teaching your peers while gathering invaluable individual feedback daily. Create an intelligent symphony of biomechanics, philosophy and anatomical alignment. Receive a structure that will allow you to creatively design engaging lessons for your students.
Quizzes and exercises are delivered to measure your progress. They are in no way made to worry you but to motivate you in learning. The exams will be taken at the end of the training or online if you need more time.
The written exam aims to measure your knowledge and what needs to be reworked.
The final exam consists of the teaching of a class or workshop.
